Though an ageing community the Sisters continue to respond to the needs of the 21st century through their prayer and their personal involvement.

Sacred Heart Church, Irvinestown
Sisters participate in the activities of the Fermanagh Churches Forum, seeking to promote reconciliation within the community and among the Churches, emphasising trust and respect.
A Sister assists the Fermanagh “Action on Hearing Loss” group as a volunteer.
Collaboration with “Mercy Global Action” is part of one Sister’s service. She helps in the development of a programme which aims to influence decision making bodies throughout the world to favour the less privileged.
A Sister works with the Fermanagh area of the “Consultative Forum for Age N.I.”. Its aim is to influence and support the work of Age N.I
The long tradition of music is still alive and well in Mercy, and continues to touch the lives of many. This is particularly evident through the recordings and live performances of one of our Sisters.
