The Essential Works that started last November in Mercy International Centre are on track and the House will be open again in July 2026.

On a recent hard-hat walk through the house it was clear that most of the fire remediation works have been completed in the rooms and that they are being readied for painting and re-dressing.

The MIA staff hope to be back in the House in June for snagging and re-dressing the rooms to be ready for the Young Mercy Leaders pilgrimage group in July.
