As part of our commitment to fairness, transparency, and equality in the workplace, Congregation of the Sisters of Mercy has published its Gender Pay Gap Report in accordance with the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021.
This report sets out our gender pay data based on the snapshot date of 1 June 2025, together with an overview of the factors influencing the results and the steps we are taking to support continued equality and balance across our workforce.
Our organisation is faith-based and operates within a caring environment that primarily supports Sisters. As such, our workforce is predominantly female, reflecting the nature of the work we carry out.
