The Congregation of the Sisters of Mercy welcome the election of Pope Leo XIV.

We welcome his desire to “build bridges with dialogue and encounter”,  to work together as a united Church for “peace and justice” and to be a church on mission, “always open to receiving with open arms for everyone” .
