Let me step so lightly, Lord
that no damage can be found
after my leaving.
Like a butterfly, Lord,
let me step just that lightly
in your creation.
Let not a flower
even know of my presence.
Let it feel only the joy
of my dance.
But if the wind
of my wings
can be felt around
the world
let them blow a breeze
of peace.
