Circle Of Wells

In this reflection Sr. Agnes Curley draws us to the water where she finds the connection for all creation. At the well Agnes experiences the meeting place where yesterday, today and tomorrow meet in the great oneness and holiness of all life.

Abbey Trinity Well, Tuam, Co Galway by Agnes Curley and Jarlath Canney, Western Province.  “The well was built in the 13th Century by Monks who arrived in Tuam at that time.  It was the only source of water for the town and the women came there every evening to share their joys and sorrows in difficult times and to replenish their supply of fresh, cool, spring water”.
